Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Products from Leiren Laks AS

By submitting an order form to Leiren Laks AS ("The Company"), the customer ("The Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions for the purchase of products:

1. Ordering Process

Submitting an order form to The Company is considered a binding order.

After submitting the form, The Customer will receive a follow-up email confirming the order along with information about payment, pickup time and location.

2. Delivery and Shipping

The standard delivery location for products is at The Company's address in Stamnes unless otherwise agreed between The Company and The Customer.

Shipping of products must be specifically agreed upon between The Company and The Customer.

3. Invoicing and Payment

An invoice for purchased products will be sent to The Customer after the order has been placed and any clarification regarding pickup or shipping has been completed.

The payment deadline on the invoice is normally 14 days from the invoice date.

If you prefer a different payment metod, you need to arrange this with Leiren Laks AS.

4. Complaints

Complaints about products must be directed to Leiren Laks AS within 7 days after the product has been received by The Customer.

Any complaints should include a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, photographic evidence.

5. General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing customers.

In case of disputes regarding the interpretation of these terms, Norwegian law shall apply.

By submitting the order form, The Customer confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
